Carrie, I just purchased The Keto Ice Cream Scoop. I am not able to find Xyla sweetener Xylitol on Amazon or any local store. All say they are out of it or do not carry it. You make a strong case for that product. Please advise. Thank you.

I am recently fixated on flan. Chocolate flan… Chocolate mascarpone flan… Healthy chocolate mascarpone flan.
Is there such a thing? Have you ever seen a recipe?

What do you do, when you don’t/can’t eat almonds of any kind? I also don’t eat dairy of any kind, or eggs. Your diet sounds good, but a lot of your recipes have almond flour in them. What can I substitute for that? Thank you for your time…
